Mike Anson: Chief Executive Officer

Mike is co-founder of Business Education Consortium Ltd. in addition to co- founding and running a diverse portfolio of companies that include Leading Technologies Group, Life Quality Enhancement Organization, The Life Lab and Global Life Foundation. Mike works with private and public sector clients in the Middle East and Africa to design and implement globally benchmarked leadership and executive development programs and related services.

He is committed to capacity building in business and management education in these regions and is currently working on plans to create a network of executive developments centres which will provide new paradigms in management education for the public and private sectors. Mike believes that organisations can flourish when they recognise and address the professional and individual needs of their employees in a sustainable and holistic manner.

With his extensive connections in the academic and business world, Mike is dedicated to building collaborative networks of excellence which can be rapidly deployed to address the management development requirements of his company’s clients wherever they exist.  Mike lives in Switzerland with his family.

Malou Anson: Chief Operations Officer

Malou received her Doctoral degree from the University of Lausanne in 1985 and has practiced in Switzerland in the fields of internal and emergency medicine. She is co-founder of Leading Technologies Group where she developed a proficiency in finance and human resources management.

At BEC, Malou is responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s financial and business strategies in addition to overall administration. Malou lives in Switzerland with her family.
